Heard some AKL guys talking about the house in wells apparently they're on the short list

Skulls nationals said no to them having a house within the next few years, its not them

Chi Phi is trying to get that house, they have the money but they will need to at least recruit 50 guys on their next pc for both fall and spring in order to fill it.

Even if they win their appeal, they dont have enough members to sign more than other frats like sammy/skulls/pilam
