by: CuriousIs Delta Chi recognized by their national office still? If so, perhaps IFC should continue to recognize them in spite of IU's ruling.

This makes sense....when ever those guys come back and sigma nu, kappa sig, delts, etc. its only going to be if there is a greek system left at IU. No national office is going to want to return to a campus where it seems the university gets off on expelling chapters. Moreover, I'm sure their alumni board is making a nice profit on that building.

Two newspaper articles I read mentioned “violations of IU code of student conduct” and in a later sentence “hazing”. It was BOTH IU and their nationals, although it seems it began with IU.

^^^ Just watched the noon Indy news and the same things were mentioned: violation of IU code and hazing. You want somebody else do all the work for you. YOU GO ASK a DX brother or call the newspaper or TV station.
In the end it doesn’t matter—they’re still OFF.

Monsterous behavior....I am glad our university overlords put a stop to it....The Delta Chi’s are lucky IU isn’t turning them over to The Hague for crimes against humanity!

Genius, they don't own that house. ATO does. I am sure in the lease agreement it says something about being a recognized organization. At some point, ATO will want to come back and they need IU to not hate them.
