The current list shows:
Chi O as of Jan 11
Delta Chi as of March 6
Lambda Chi as of Jan 15
Phi Sig as of Feb 2/14
Pi Kappa as of March 21
There is a note next to Pi Kappa that says its to match the National suspension so not sure what that means but this is the current list of C&D's as posted on the IU Student Life & Learning site.

Doesn't make the list wrong. That was the original question, were they on C&D or not and the list shows they are.
