They aren't. They have no one to live in the house in the fall. There are five weeks of classes left, PCs have to be initiated before they leave for summer so they are out of time. Wake up, XO is done. They are no more, like a less dramatic DDD situation.

Chi O may be back, but they’ll be back WITHOUT a sophomore class....so they’ll be down 50-60 there plus the 50 or so graduating seniors and without who knows HOW MANY others who were kicked out/resigned in disgust.

Oh yeah—they’ll be back all right, with lmaybe 1/3 of their normal sisters PLUS the whole chapter under their Headquarter’s thumb.

There is NO WAY they’ll be a force again for many years.
