When did Theta Chi become bottom tier? I thought they were/still are better than DU, Sig Pi, Sig Ep, DCHI, SAE, and AEPI.

They always have been a bottom dweller, bout time people figured it out. Parties are boring AF and the house is nasty. Lots of geed girls at their parties.
