I could tell you've never actually been to pi kapps, fiji or sig chi. You just think you know stuff cause you read it off greekrank. In truth pairs are more of how good the social chair is, doesn't reflect the parties at all

ur 100% right but the thing is the majority of the bottom tier goes on this site and will agree with anything saying that top houses aren't viewed that way. the truth is, sig chi beta pi kapps and fiji are all top houses that most girls would want to go to on a given night, more so than houses like du and dchi lmfao. this rank is literally a joke and not even remotely representative of how houses are viewed
