Nice: AGD, AXiD, Kappa, TPA

Awful: SDT, Gamma Phi and Theta by far is the worst. Tiny cracker box rooms, old house in general and they can't renovate the way they want bc it's on some historical landmark list.

You know what they say about real estate...location, location, location. I'd take Theta's house over any of the ones on the ext. Nothing like convenience.
