best overall top / upper mid tier frat

I’ve realized that the tiers are based off the social and party scene with 2-3 houses being the clear party animals. I also get that the top tier frats all pair with the same sororities pretty much so that doesn’t really matter. Which houses below are known for excelling academically, campus involvement, having their $hit together and brotherhood while still throwing down.
