how did chi o get off c & d?

Just looked at iu’s official document of what houses are in trouble and saw chi o isn’t on cease and desist anymore..How did they get off cease and desist?

The list I just saw still has them on it at it shows the document was updated as of 1/31 which was yesterday. What list are you looking at?
