Tiers are just based on pairs. If they stop getting the best pairs they won’t be considered a top house.

Well Sammy has aephi for little 5 and are a bunch of momma’s boys. sig chi’s parties are overrated and guys are kinda boring. Fiji could have an argument based on physical house and philanthropy and whatnot but their parties and a lot of guys are weird
