you should expect to have a hopefully nice conversation with a sister
you can be scared or nervous, but don't talk too much about how nervous you are... try to calm down, the sisters are interested in you and they want to get to know you
if you went through recruitment the conversation is probably going to be pretty similar to previous conversations you have had with sisters... where are you from, what is your family like, what is your major, where do you live, why did you come to IU, what are you involved in at IU and why, what do you like most about IU, why are you looking to join a sorority, what are you looking forward to in your sorority experience, etc etc

Is this even a question? Why wouldn't you reach out?
The other person is right, if you don't reach out, SK will assume that you are not interested enough to reach out. With so few bids, they will go with someone who is definitely interested.
And if you're not interested, look at other houses that are doing informal
