If you believe this, you have not seen AGD as a group. Currently the three most overrated houses are ZTA, AGD, Phi Mu. If you took AGD out of their mansion and put them in a below average house like DG or Gamma Phi, they'd be bottom tier. If people would stop letting Phi Mu coast on previous rep, and look at them like they are now, they would also be top of the bottom tier.

DG is a “below” average house? Seriously? Have you seen the DG house??? And Gphi? Beautiful inside. Doubt you have stepped foot in either. Thanks for maintaining the superficial IU sorority stereotype.
