phi psi and alpha sig
by: New housesThese guys will be in the bottom tier when they come back. You don’t go from pairing with TPA to Gphi. This stuff takes years and many houses above them to fall. Dchi and Beta Sig got a house and now they pair with sorities on their level (AGD, SK, ADPi, etc). At best Phi Psi and alpha Sig could pair with Phi Mu.

Beta sig doesn’t give off the vibe of trying to social climb, seems like a close brotherhood with greater focuses that are outside of partying. Nothing wrong with that. Idk much about alpha sig. I think phi psi grows too fast if anything. With that house, they’ve already been attracting more of the party type freshmen/sophomores. I guess good for pairs but
risk management is so important now. I like DChi but don’t see them as volatile as phi psi or possibly alpha sig with them already being so established. They’ll throw a good party every so often and then continue to have solid pc’s like last fall’s.
