It's true. I have seen the email notice sent through their GIN system. My sister is a sigma kappa and she was really happy even though she will be a senior and won't live in. The deal was finalized the week after school was out. The people who are saying it isn't true are just plain rude.

Honestly isn't much difference looks wise in Theta, KD, Phi Mu, AOII, SK, AGD. If they weren't wearing letters and were out on the street, you'd have a really hard time telling them apart or putting them in the correct house and this is coming from someone who was in all of their houses today except Theta.
Also similar looks wise ADPi, TPA and SDT, also in all three chapters today.
