nice girl houses
by: pnmI’m going through rush and honestly I don’t really care about tiers. I just want to know what houses (like maybe a few of each tier) are known for being generally nice and kind of smart girls?? Thanks.

Theta is not nice, they are cliquey. They were on national probation because they seniors were so mean to the under pledge class who are juniors now that national had to step in. They can't have social events/pairs so they get black out drunk in small groups and barely talk to the girls who choose not to drink like that.

I disagree. I have friends in theta and I never really liked it during rush because I had stereotypes from it. But every time im there hanging out with any of my friends or studying there with girls in theta they're all super nice and all the girls talk and say hi to each other. Which I can say we do that in my own chapter, but I didn't expect it out of theta because of the stories ive heard.
I think the point of that is dont always believe in the stereotypes you hear.

How can you say sorry I disagree when someone presents a fact to you lol this did happen so you can’t disagree with it. Theta wins little 5 every year and doesn’t even go to their pairs for it lmao

If you are not in a particular house, you have no idea what the dynamics are inside. I have friends in Theta and they have always been super friendly and from what I have seen are no more cliquey than any other house. I would definitely consider them one of the nicer houses on campus. Their probation will be over soon so they will start having pairs again this coming semester.

Are you kidding? Some of the meanest girls I know are in ASA. I do know some nice girls in that chapter but majority of the ones I know are mean. I think the nicest chapters are axo, Theta, phi mu, DPhiE, SDT, DG, and Gphi. Agd and Sk are both pretty mixed w some really nice girls and some mean girls

Ha! SK the meanest? I guess you've never met any Alpha Phis or KDs? Hands down Alpha Phi is the meanest house on campus. They aren't nice to anyone: the girls in their own chapter, the pledges at the frats they go to, girls in their classes. Seriously. KD is known for internal drama, pledge classes have at least two factions in them that despise each other. Hot mess.

I think this girl asked for nice houses not involvement and academic houses. AOPi and Theta are far from nice especially AOPi. I would put ADPi and Phi Mu in the category of nice and smart girls but if you’re looking for a nice laid back experience you won’t find that in any of those houses! I’d say asa tpa dphie phi mu and adpi are probably the houses that are known for being the nicest and aopi theta phi mu and adpi are the houses known for being the smartest you do the math and decide which is most important to you!
