Phi Sig- Have seriously killed it this last semester, with insane ass darties. Some of the guys are still pretty darn creepy but they continue to climb despite, I can see them replacing Pi Kapps as the best party house within the coming years. A pair with Pi Phi was just the beginning keep it up boys we love those daygers!
Lambda- Their sophomore class from last year was a step up but the Great new Fall 18 Pledge class! The 2018 Lambda pledge class is going to help these guys emerge. The new class has a mix of partiers, cute and nice guys ;), and to mention we
LOVE THE COURT . Be ready for Lambda to get better and better each year and be one of the top houses in the very near future. This guys are also home to some of the absolute best personalties my fav Guys keep it up boyys
Acacia- you either love em or hate em, These guys LOVE to party, almost to the point where they are degenerates... love their parties a couple of years ago they were super lame, now catch them throwing bangers inside their house, even though it gets very yucky at times. Went to their house recently and it was popping off love to come here for the parties

sig ep has had pairs/quads with chi o, axo, zeta, etc and are having more next semester. has lambda? no. sig ep has definitely risen more than lambda.

DU and Lambda both suck but atleast DU isn’t on C&D, i’d put Dchi over both of them for ship wrecked probs just because DU did nothing memorable and Lambda did nothing at all. Acacia is in the right place tho.
