I would say every chapter "cares" about looks. However, some chapters would prefer a girl who is a 10 for grades, 10 for involvement, 10 for sense of humor/personality and a 7 in looks over a different chapter that would prefer a 10 in looks but a 7 for grades/involvement and personality. The line of what value is placed on looks above all else is where the difference falls.

You missed ASA as well. They're very active on campus, do a lot for their philanthropy and get good grades. Being unused can be a positive as you actually choose who you live with and where. Lots of nice, down to earth girls.
