sorority rankings with explanation

Upper: Pi Phi, Chi O, APhi, Kappa, AXO

Upper Middle: GPhi, ZETA, DZ AZD, KD, DG

Lower Middle: AEPhi, AOPi, Theta, Phi Mu, AGD, SK

Bottom: ADPi, SDT, TPA, DPhiE, ASA


my thoughts on my upper tier choices: although most consider pi phi to be higher than chi o, my personal preference over the two would be chi o. Chi O has nicer girls and generally more of a personality. Pi phi is just there straight for looks, so depending on what you value will determine who you would consider for the top. I guess those two could be switched. After that I would say Aphi, Kappa, and AXO are good were they are, but I definitely could see their little 5 pairs causing them to switch places. All in all, I see these 5 remaining at top because they have been behaving themselves compared to Zeta and DZ. Their little 5 pairs and new PC's might change them, but I see them staying at the top 5 for a while

my thoughts on my upper middle tier choices: alright, so I know that moving GPhi up past Zeta and DZ will create a lot of beef, but think about it. While Zeta and DZ were basically not allowed to pair for most of the semester, Gphi continued to have great pairs. We all know Zeta will be gone soon anyways so it’s about time they start falling in the ranks. Zeta and DZ didn’t have pairs so they don’t really deserve their normal #1 and #2 upper middle spots. After that I would say that AZD, KD, and DG are good were they are. AZD and KD have more similar pairs so they honestly could tie for the same spot. Little 5 pairs and new PC’s after rush might cause one to be a bit better than the other, but I have always considered these houses to be very similar in regards to tiers. DG is nice, they just don’t pair as well as KD and AZD, so they will remain lower than the other 2.

My thoughts on my lower middle tier choices: I think that were Theta is, is a good place for them, considering the fact that they basically haven’t been allowed to have pairs for the past two years. They will always be the annoying girls that show up to other people’s pairs, but have a good bike team. I don’t know much about AOPi and AEPHi, but just based on the girls I have met, they seem to be a bit more attractive, smarter, and nicer compared to those below them. I’d say that they could be switched, depending on what you value, but they should remain the top two in this ranking. Phi Mu could maybe be lower than AGD and SK, just because AGD and SK show out more, but Phi Mu generally gets better and more pairs. Phi Mu is also much nicer and classier than the other two, this is most likely why they are always ranked above AGD and SK, even tho a lot of them got sticks up their asses.

My thoughts on the bottom tier choices: I always feel bad when I see these, because these girls are actually the nicest. The only thing that keeps them at this level is either the lack of having a house/long term house, or the lack of decent pairs. These girls are very nice and I wish they got a better rep on here. If that doesn’t show you what greek life values, than idk what will (yes I know that I am hypocritical for making this whole post, but these are just what I have come to conclusion with how this whole system works).
