why is sig ep always ranked so low? they seem to have better pairs than dchi and DU

Sig ep had aephi for hoco and dg for little 5, DU keeps pairing with phi Mu cuz they can’t get anybody better...

But sig ep constantly has quads with sig pi.. plus chi o and kd as well. I just don’t think they should be in same tier as du or dchi
