who will get tke house?

Assuming sk doesn't go for it, pilam, pike, and skulls would be those next in line. It seems like pike doesn't want to lease because they have the money to build and I've heard that skulls doesn't want to be housed. I know that pilam tried for snu so they will likely try for teke as well

All houses have had crap happen that you aren't even aware of during your couple years blip of time at IU. It'll be chill whoever gets it.

PiLam will be graduating half of their brothers at the end of the semester, their nationals has no interest in backing them for a house rn. Pike doesn’t want to lease bc they have money to build, so they’re out too. SK has backed out for some reason, probably bc the house is in horrible shape. Skulls won’t get backing from their nationals and has brotherhood issues, just expelled like 20 brothers. Some of the smaller houses that went for Snu like Alpha Sig, AKL, etc, will probably end up going for it and since they have no real competition, it will almost surely be one of those houses.

Whoever gets the house, they better have it blessed. That house is BAD NEWS for any fraternity that leases it.
