Actually have to agree. Didn't do anything with them before, but we did recently and some of the new babies are very hot

I actually think the opposite, at least from the girls I've seen, they recruited some weird looking girls but I thought their sorority as a whole in the past has been decently attractive.

SK killed it w their new pc bc they got a lot of the girls who were dropped at ridiculous rates this year but still wanted a house. This is great for them but I think we all know what happens when a chapter loses their house

This!!! I honestly feel bad for a lot of those girls who were lied to in their new pc about the housing situation, especially since a lot of those girls preffed sk over houses that have permanent or long term housing like tpa, dphie, and sdt

The DPhiE situation is by no means permanent. Yes, they signed a lease. However, they had 88 girls before recruitment and now took 55. So they have 130 women, before graduation. They never had to pay fees like that before. Wait and see how it shakes down when their monthly fees go up. TPA can tell you how much that sucks.

If I was a DPhiE at a campus where they were struggling, I would be very angry with the National Organization for guaranteeing the mortgage for two years. They are a smaller national and their NHQ is in a tiny brownstone in the Philly area. They money they are putting up for that house could be used on several leadership consultants or to colonize another chapter. Just doesn't sound like a good use of national funds.

Wow! All of you are bullies and hate mongers. You really are the ones to blame for the eventual demise of IU’s Greek system. What the hell did the women of SK do to you? I’m ashamed of you and IU that they send forth people like those on this site into society as adults. Horrible. You’re all losers and just want to pull everyone else to your sewer level.
