by: freshmanWith the new rules surrounding greek life, how much are things gonna be different than last year? im a freshman girl that recently joined a house so idk how things were before the suspension.

So basically now greek parties aren't open at midnight. Yes you can get in if your names on the guest list but there's no more "oh aepi is open lets all go" - no your name has to be on a list. ALSO you can only have 3 pairs a week. This will be different for little 5 though. PAIRS and QUADS can only be 5 hours. So for quals if you're at the frat at 8am you'll have to leave by 1pm. QUADS also count as 2 pairs for that weekend. No more 6 ways or 8 ways too. ALSO you'll be marked w a black X on your hand if you're not 21 and won't be able to get alcohol from the bar. IF you are 21 you show your ID and get a red X.
But then again how long and strict will chapters follow rules

to add to that my freshman year no one cared and there were dixie cups full of peach taaka and i walked everywhere. Sad to see where greek life is going
