pikes apartment or house

Can someone clarify are pikes getting a house or some apt building or something next year? Whats the deal inquiring minds wanna know

They are not getting a house. They're just all renting from the same apartment complex.

Phi Psi came back to campus this fall and is already at 70+ members and is getting the house back in 2019

They have to have at least 150 brothers to pay the mortgage. I know this to be true because I heard it from one of the guys who used to be a Phi Psi who is now an Acacia and from an alum who thinks the new group of Phi Psi guys are not even close to the quality of the former chapter. He doubts they will be able to afford the house for at least two more years.
