pikes apartment or house

yes they're moving to a different apartment complex because they got kicked out of the old one... it's still apartments lol.

They’ve been gone two years and are no longer rushing as an IU chapter. So who do they have left to move in together—two classes?

They have to have at least 150 brothers to pay the mortgage. I know this to be true because I heard it from one of the guys who used to be a Phi Psi who is now an Acacia and from an alum who thinks the new group of Phi Psi guys are not even close to the quality of the former chapter. He doubts they will be able to afford the house for at least two more years.
