top tier stereotypes

What makes the fraternities like Pi Kapps, Beta, Sig Chi and Ksig be considered as cool? Or top tier? Also what type of guys are in each of these houses? Like that’s their stereotype? They just don’t seem that cool

Who cares. At the end of the day it's all about building bonds & friendships, having fun, meeting new and exciting ppl, volunteering and giving back to the community. That's cool!!!

If you want a real answer it’s buy and large just high school popularity extended into college. There’s still goobery kids in top tier houses and really cool dudes in middle tier or lower. The stereotypes are just being rich, playing varsity sports (usually hockey/lax types or soccer/basketball/football), and being generally attractive or fun
