The people who don't like this post are either in a house that's tanking like Alpha Phi, Zeta, KD or you're threatened by the houses that are rising like AXO, Kappa, AXiD, SK, and AEPhi. Either way, you're trying to salvage your house's rep.
Forgot the past 20 years, look at what's going on THIS year and last.
ZTA lost almost their entire chapter two years ago and had to COB lights out last year. They are doing well where they are now, but are nowhere they used to be. Solid upper middle.
Kappa rocked out recruitment this year, they blew a lot of women away. Now can they sustain it?My hunch is yes.
AXiD stays under the radar and is building a strong chapter same thing for AEPhi.
SK gets under people's skin because they are new and are working their way up the way they want to do it, not really worried about getting approval from anyone.
AXO has been underrated for the past few years, fun cool girls who know how to hang. Good sisterhood.
KD is a hot mess, they need to either get rid of the toxic sisters or accept they just aren't a middle group anymore. The constant drama gets old.
And yes, I am Greek but not in any of the houses I mentioned. I have friends in almost every chapter I wrote about. I respect all of the chapters, but it doesn't mean I can't have a realistic view of the Greek system.

STFU yourself... only people who think that reputations and status should remain stagnant for 20 years are ridiculous. One good recruitment can changed a chapter. Chapters lose at around 25% of their membership each year. Some years you make good progress, some years you stay the same and some years you regress. Two good recruitment years in a row and the following fall you are a totally different chapter, least 75% of your membership is totally different.
Didn't Shakespeare write something about protesting too much?? :)

Forget their housing situation. The house is theirs for one more year, at least. Phi Psi but in an extension clause if the new chapter isn't large enough to sustain it. Phi Psi needs to be a minimum of 150 and maintain it for an entire school to make the payment on that house. Why do you think Sk has way over 200 women right now? To pay the bills.
They pulled a stronger facier pledge class than ADPi, AGD, SDT, TPA even with that "housing situation up in the air". Pledge class is on par with AOII, KD, and Phi Mu. Between my rho gam group and girls in my dorm, I saw a lot of new members and honestly thought most chapters had pretty decent groups. Only a couple of groups I can think of struggled.

This is moronic, the only people who think tiers change after one round of recruitment are desperate social climbing chapters that place all their value in rank.
