I agree that pi phi is the better of the top three houses but it's 100% a personal preference thing. In no way is pi phi enough ahead of chi o and aphi that they get their own tier. Move kappa down with achio and zeta. and gphi and dz just below that

Pi Phi is absolutely not the ultimate top chapter. Between houses there are so many more similarities (cross rushing, same social schedules, etc) that you can't say one is better than the others. It is all a matter of personal preference and style. Are the hot "party" girls better than the hot "nice" girls? Some might say so, but others would say the opposite. Pi Phi performs poorly in a lot of areas. (academics, Little 5, etc). All depends on what you are ranking on. Much more accurate (and interchangeable between tiers if you are honest)...

just because they choose to stay unhoused doesn’t mean they are below them. DPhiE getting a house doesn’t magically make their girls better

They took a bigger and better (ie. cuter) pledge class and have a house. What makes ASA better than them? If anything, they are at least equals, if Dphie isn't better

Exactly! On this campus having a house does set you apart as better especially when there are only one or two unhoused chapters at a time. Asa and dphie obviously pair very similarly but dphie getting a house allowed them to take a bigger better pledge class, that's just how it is

Not in sk, so I don't actually know for sure but from the rumors I've heard the lease has an optional 3rd year which would put the new pledge class in the house until they're seniors. The whole "sk is gonna be unhoused" arguement is becoming less and less relevant.
