defending top tier

I see a lot of defense of the bottom tier on here... I just wanted to take a second to defend the top tier. I made it to 16 party at Pi Phi and 9 party at Chi O... both of those houses were nothing but nice to me during rush. I get Pi Phi can be considered kind of bland and Chi O tries a little hard but they've never been anything but nice to me. I even ran in to a girl who rushed me 22 party in Pi Phi and she remembered my name and asked how I am! I think that they're honestly nicer than many of the middle tier houses. In my opinion, just because aphi kind of sucks (no offense) Pi Phi and Chi O aren't like that at all.

Of course they’re going to be nice to you during rush. It’s how they act after that. And most of them act entitled and snobby towards anyone in a lower tier house. Not all of them of course, but a good majority.

Aphi is rude during rush and after if they don't peg you as cool enough. Chi O is nice but in a condescending way if that makes any sense. Pi Phi doesn't strike me as condescending but not amazing perfect nice angels either.
