Chi O with the best new PC 2017 & 2018, then Alpha Phi, Pi Phi, & Kappa.

AXiD has a better PC than GPhi but not higher ranked yet.

KD is still middle tier. Theta lower but still middle. AEPhi lower mid right above AGD

Couldnt be more wrong on that.

AXiD is nowhere neat middle tier.

Zeta is plummeting

Gphi and DZ are have very average houses now

AXO is sweet but not hot

APhi is still top but falling quickly - all the snap bids they gave out is proof

Kappa isnt top tier yet.
