Before you tweak here’s my explanation. Pi phi and chi o go without saying. Kappa had their best pc ever, every girl is hot and fun. Petition to stop calling a phi “top tier” because their sisterhood sucks and they care too too much about being top. In my opinion top houses are supposed to be chill and down to earth.
These lines are also not in any particular order so chill.. axo and g phi killed it this year, sk got some cool girls, and like it or not dphie is still bottom but have serious potential to move up if they keep their house.

Finally! And totally agree about aphi. Girls like to party and be crazy which doesn’t make them top. Not always the best looking.
