sober parties

Read the document on the suspension and you will easily see that non-alcoholic events are allowed under the terms. If they wanted to have something without alcohol then they can.
So if any did have a pair with no alcohol then they could and it would not have violated the terms of the suspension.

If this is true, don't go trying to pin it on AXO. If the fraternities are breaking the rules and engaging in dangerous crap, it is not the fault of their pair! Man up and take responsibility for your own behavior.
