do top tiers take transfers?

Hey guys! I might be transferring and I'm in a chapter thats considered top tier here. My current chapter isn't top, but I'm decently pretty. Do top tier chapters here accept transfers? Thanks!

Don't want to say specifically but I'm in either Pi Phi, Chi O, or APhi.

Which do/dont take transfers?

I know a girl who transferred into A Phi, but she fits in solidly with them... so they do take transfers but I don’t know if they reject some or what

Correct, this was posted on Indiana and University of Arizona because I'm interested in both and haven't decided on either. Nice investigative work but I just want to know if I'll be able to reaffiliate.
