pre-2018 tiers

I made a four tier list to compromise between those that want the 3 or 5 tier lists. I have also tried to make each tier contain similar amounts of organizations.
TOP:
Fraternities: Pi Kapps, ZBT, Sig Chi, Beta, Fiji, Kappa Sig
Sororities: Chi O, Pi Phi, APhi, AXO, Kappa
UPPER MIDDLE:
Fraternities: Phi Sig, Sig Pi, Sammy, AEPi, Phi Delt, Acacia
Sororities: GPhi, Zeta, DZ, AXiD, DG, KD
LOWER MIDDLE:
Fraternities: SAE, DU, Theta Chi, Lambda, DChi, Sig Ep
Sororities: AEPhi, AOPi, Phi Mu, Theta, AGD, ADPi
BOTTOM:
Fraternities: TKE, Skulls, Pike, Pilam, Beta Sig, etc.
Sororities: SK, SDT, TPA, DPhiE, ASA

1. Move aepi and Sammy up to top tier, move Sig Pi to behind acacia
2. GPhi, zeta and dz are interchangeable with axo and kappa, so they should be grouped together
3. DG, axid and AEPhi are all interchangeable
4. TKE is better than all unhoused frats and shouldn’t be grouped with them

I'm not saying SK, SDT and TPA are amazing or the best but I also don't think it's fair to group them in the same category as ASA and DPhie. Although, all of those sororities are great there's just too big of a difference between the first three and the last two to put them in the same tier. Same would go for TKE with the fraternities they don't deserve to be ranked as bottom when there isn't a comparison between them and the unhoused fraternities there's just too much of a difference.

They all pair similarly though. SK is a better all around organization than SDT, yet SK pairs similarly to TPA which pairs the same as ASA and DPhiE

TPA, ASA, and DphiE all pair with the same chapters. Having a house has not helped TPA socially as much as they thought it would because of the number of housed fraternities that are gone or on probation. ADPi, SK, and SDT pair similarly. Not sure about AGD.

You can say that it's time and all this, but it won't go away. It will be like this for a long time. Who knows if it will ever go away? People are too concerned with their social status to make a change. It would be awesome if it was thrown away, though. Imagine neighboring frats throwing parties using both houses at once and the whole area in between. Those parties would be so much fun. But, as fun and exciting as it sounds, people care too much about the their spot on social ladder. That's why we will probably never see TKE and ZBT together throwing a massive party.
