Are any of the off campus fraternities or sororities planning on building their own permanent house on campus instead of just leasing out empty houses? If so, who would be most likely to do it and where could they build one?

You can’t. The university isn’t selling land to greek organizations to build.

IU isn't selling land to Greek organizations at the moment but I know that pike has the interest and the money if IU ever changes their mind. SK definitely has the interest but I'm not sure about the money

As stated above, IU is currently unwilling to sell land, but there's probably like 5-10 different organizations looking to build.

Alpha Sig has money that is going to be used to get a house at some point, whether that is build or just wait till another’s fraternity gets kicked off campus is the question. They would have got the snu house but didn’t have enough guys to pull it off, if they can have another good sized class spring semester it’ll be easier to make their case for a house
