What's the difference between a "top" house & an "upper mid" house? Is an "upper mid" house considered "top?" Just confused on the diff.

they're honestly pretty similar, all top tier houses pair with upper mid houses pretty often, biggest difference is how selective they are during rush, for both guys and girls

Not much of a difference between top and upper mid. A top house might be considered more "prestigious" or whatever but they pair similarly

I know quite a few girls who got bids to top houses last year that didn't know anyone in the house so no it's not impossible. If you're not overly cute and skinny and you don't know anyone you're not getting a bid from a top house it's superficial and ridiculous but it's true. Personally I think that it is going to be more competitive for top houses this year than it normally is based on the pnm pool that I have seen. A lot of insta famous girls that practically have guaranteed top house bids
