SNU is wanting a tenant for the spring semester and there is no shot they can get 70 guys to get out of their current lease in time to move into SNU

Their nationals would have to cover whatever they don’t fill, as would Alpha Sig’s. Not sure it really matters tho as the only house still in the running besides those two is Sammy and no one with half a brain would let Sammy live in their house if they wanted to get it back in any decent condition. Snu might have to deal with it
