Why are y'all so negative about this? I think it's great that another sorority is going to be housed, furthering strengthening IU's greek system.

Is ASA going to make a push towards getting a house now? If they want a house (and I don't see why they wouldn't), I hope they're able to get one this year too.

Don't get overly excited. It's only a temporary lease (4 years). Once Tri Delts comes back, DPhiE will be homeless again.

I don't think that the new pledge class is too hot for dphie. as a whole they are a pretty group of girls but they definitely have some that don't fit the sorority stereotype for looks and behavior. like there are definitely some weird ass girls but once you look past that a bunch are cute and nice. hopefully they can be pickier this upcoming recruitment season and get a bunch of girls that bring out the best of their sorority.

They got the house and will be recruiting from It this winter. Nobody will live in until fall 2018. They signed a five year lease.
