Someone I know from the new phi psi just told me they worked out a deal where SK will keep their house owned by their nationals, and they will be moving into the SNU house next year. Their nationals is doing this as a reminder to the new chapter of their past, and giving them incentive to work towards their real house until they prove they are a good chapter

They don’t have the numbers to take SNU. Dues would be $25k a year if the 25 phi psi guys moved into SNU

nah we already signed a row of apartments for next year. also there's way more than 25 guys like 52.
