Honestly, some will and some won't. It depends on the chapter and it depends on what else you bring to the table. If you're good at conversation, make a good first impression and are cute (not drop dead gorgeous, but someone who looks like they made an effort that morning), you will get some leeway. Some chapters barely look at GPA, look at the IU Panhellenic grade report, that will also give you an idea of which chapters put more stock into GPA. Just get the highest GPA you can, relax and just let it all play out.

Sororities have 2.8, 2.9, or 3.0 gpa requirements depending on the chapter
