pledging a fraternity

Hey guys, I might be transferring to IU next year and I was just wondering if the fraternities give out bids to sophomores. I know it's probably harder and unlikely. I was a pledge at my last school but dropped because I am transferring schools.

Yes they give out bids. Just explain yourself.
