AOPi and Phi Mu should be above KD and on par with Theta. KD and Theta are falling fast

Alpha Phi is NOT top tier at all, not even close to XO and Pi Phi.
ZTA is on par now with Gamma Phi and DZ.
There is literally no difference looks wise between Phi Mu, AOII, SK, KD, Theta. Lots of girls went to pref at combinations of those three chapters.
Beta's parties are so boring no wonder their pairs have to make their pledges go.
The Delt house is going to hurt TPA more than help it in the long run. Their fees will go up and members will drop.

And that's why KD is paired with Phi Sig for homecoming and SK is paired with..... D Chi? SK girls have to stop forcing it.

Theta is not hot at all. They're all extremely average, especially the new PC. I haven't seen a single "hot" girl. At least KD, AOPi, and Phi Mu have a fewwww hot girls sprinkled in the mix

Literally don't understand the hype on them and people saying they're top now. I prefer several middle tier houses over ZBT any day

What is there to not understand. Top Tier pairs, great parties like what more could u want from a house. They did well for themselves this year, is that hard to believe?
