ENOUGH!!!! Tri Delta is closed. It is NOT going to reopen anytime soon. So former Tri D Deltas just deal with it and move on with your remaining college years.

The answer is No unless they plan on renting. The house they had is in the process of being sold to another holding company. Tri-Delts if they come back will be unhoused or renting.

There were much more than a few bad apples in that Chapter. If Tri Delta’s Exec actually did its job in holding its members accountable, 3D would still be on campus today. Also, Tri Delta’s Exec had multiple school years to fix what was broken in that chapter but didn’t make the effort to address those issues.
