informal/tpa/ect

Alright listen up. Chances are dphie asa and tpa all have informal in fall just because they can probably take some more girls. That being said, don't decide to join tpa just because they got a house. They want girls who genuinely want them for them, not the house

Exactly. If you're interested in the girls, go TPA. If you're interested in the house, don't bother.

you shouldn't rush ANY house just for the sake of the physical house itself or lack thereof. I wish PNMs cared more about the quality of the sisterhood and the connections they make rather than being materialistic about everything..... a girl can dream
