#3by: Grades Can Be Skewed
The grades are calculated through the BeInvolved page. However, if one of the members forgets to submit, then it is counted as 0.0 GPA. Obviously, this brings the house average down. This happened to some houses, not all, but some. I know my friend in DU told me that their real house average was 3.19, but because of a few seniors forgetting to submit grades it dropped. This makes sense, especially since they are on probation. I can't imagine that grades would be this low when they can't party. I am sure other houses are in similar situations, too.

This is not true. A 0.0 would be counted as they are not a student at IU anymore. A guy in our chapter transferred and was listed on the grade report as 0.0 but was not calculated into our GPA. All be involved does is look at your membership, and then IU gets the grades of each of those students

we know its not accurate. its public record, and this list is not true to the list online at alll. some of it is true, like ADPI is top, but a lot of it is false..

Clearly your house is one with low grades! The chapters that care about their grades realize why they are IU in the first place.
