Predictions for the Future: Acacia is doing well and is rising. Phi Sigma Kappa has been ranked here higher than Kappa Sigma due to the fact they threw a very successful darty, and their courtyard shows promise. Theta Chi is doing very well also as their new pledge class is quite strong, and if they continue combining fun parties and getting good pairs they will maintain their position. Sammy may fall if they do not find a better housing situation, but their pledge class is good for this semester. Delta Upsilon is ranked lower than Delta Chi due to the fact they have been on probation for sometime and will maintain their current position. Their class current pledge class looks promising, however being on constant probation is hurting them. Lambda Chi Alpha is doing well also and It wouldn't be a surprise if they end up jumping Sigma Phi Epsilon in the future sometime. Tau Kappa Epsilon is doing well, however there have been a few allegations against the house which is something we noted. Their current pledge class looks good. One interesting thing we heard is that Pi Kappa Alpha pairs with better sororities than Tau Kappa Epsilon however not having a house holds them back from overtaking them. We can confidently say that if Pi Kappa Alpha gets a house they can jump Tau Kappa Epsilon and a probation hurt Delta Upsilon, however if Delta Upsilon gets off probation we would say they would be above a housed Pi Kappa Alpha. Skulls is doing well also and we have heard good things.

Interesting that there isn't any insight to any actually decent houses. You can't just say that every bottom house is rising and expect to have any credibility at all. Also, one darty doesn't just send you up socially haha
