Have most housed chapters given out bids already or is that just a rumor

Depends on the house. Top tier houses like sig chi, beta, and pi kapps probably have a good majority of their spring pc filled out. But low and low mid houses probably still have plenty of bids to go around. But always remember that tiers should have little to nothing to do with your decision.
