As was discussed on this thread multiple times recently, if you dropped recruitment and are regretting it, this is a great opportunity to control your own destiny. If DPhiE can get a solid group of new members, there is hope for real change in the future. Whatever perceived social stigma is associated with this chapter because they are unhoused, you can change it. 40 or 50 cool girls would be a real fresh start for this chapter. Take a bunch of friends and make the chapter into what you envision. There will be lots of opportunity to develop your leadership skills.
