ZTA did not take 63, unless they snap bid all day. I heard 46 and 48 from more than one source.

If they did snap bid it would've been included in whatever number you heard! Snap bids are included in the PC number. If they got a pc of 63, there is no way anyone outside Panhel would know how many are snaps or how many were regular bids.
