double rushing

I have heard that some houses need to double rush girls because of numbers. How can they determine if they like one girl or not if they only have a few minutes with them during open invite and one girl is talking louder and over the other girl.

If you are double-rushed, it doesn't mean they don't have enough girls in their chapter. Some people might be on vacation, have to miss for other activities, or are sick (thx winter season). If one girl is overpowering another, it shows they aren't that respectful and the girls recruiting you definitely notice.
