top tier sororities

yes and no... all of the houses that have been considered "good" have pretty much remained as so, however there have been some shifts and such throughout these "good" houses, and I personally believe a new tier structure is starting to form.

historically, the top three houses have been known as pi phi, aphi, and tridelt. while these houses are all considered to still be top, all 3 houses debatably did not have as good of a rush as other up and coming houses to the pc's. these past couple years, zeta as well as chi o have frequently been considered "top". the logistical number standing amongst these houses is different depending on each person you talk to.

after these houses we have axo, a very well respected house known to be great, but it never really gets thrown up in the mix with the aforementioned "top" houses. following axo, then there is dz then gphi then kappa. these houses are all definitely climbing, and have tons of potential to climb up further. they consistently have great rushes getting more of the "all-around" type of girl and have great house dynamics. with many of the top houses going on probo, having apparent "hazing", etc. these houses are next in line. they still consistently pair with the top frats and have many different types of girls.

after this the middle tier begins with axid and kd! they are always on the rise and have had great rushes, but have been floating throughout the middle tier for awhile.
